          **Updated 12/10/2020

Account finally assigned to a DCA June 2020 to Cabot UK Ltd. The letter states that they are the legal owners of the debt.

Since June several letters, but nothing as yet that is deemed threatening...

As it stands I still haven't CCA'd this account.

                • Golly, that was a marathon posting session Strepsi!

It's been worth it because it's really helpful to see them set out like that.

I see that a couple have been diagnosed as unenforceable already

Had a phone call from Jo Connolly (apologies if spelt surname wrong). Letting me know we have got a result to say I am thrilled (if not relieved) is an understatement.

Thanks very much Di for the initial conversation/advice and obviously Jo and rest of her team. Of course thanks to this forum. Still along road that needs to be travelled...

So can I actually get rid of the debt (letters) from my binder! Or should I keep hold for my records?

I too would keep the case papers for the time being if it was me. Can you give any info on how the case was won?
