    Hi guys, My missus has been getting letters from various DCAs regarding a debt with Sky. They acknowledged in December 2014 that nothing was owed and Wescot confirmed in March 2015 also, yet she still is getting letters regarding this. Any ideas on a way forward?

    I would be tempted to write a snotty letter to SKY, telling them how long you have been getting hassled for a debt THEY have told you ,you DON'T owe. point out that if it continues you may be forced to seek legal redress.

      ^^^^ agree. And ask for compo prior to an OFCOM complaint
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
