Well I feel like a right goody two shoes now
I lost another pound. That's 3 stone 4lbs.

After my recent holiday I'm back to square one as far as my weight goes. Still, if you can't enjoy yourself on holiday when can you?

Absolutely!!!
Mine's coming off more slowly too as I've felt the need to eat lots of meat after the op.
Current total loss is 3 stone 8lbs.
I'm about to gain 80 pounds though (£) as I'm selling my treadmill

some of ours is used to hang the washing on and some is stopping the shelves in the shed from falling down xx

OMG! Where has the time gone?
My weight has been up and down more times than the lift in Blackpool Tower I can report an overall net loss though, now I just need to lose the rest!
