    Mustn't laugh!

Not an expert on hair dying, but can't you just dye it a different colour

Don't know what to suggest. Trouble is, hairdresser will charge you an arm and a leg to fix it. Does the dye manufacturer have a helpline at all?

personal opinion.... think you gonna have to wait - it will just knacker your hair if you put another hair dye on it - or as MGS go to a hairdressers.........

and as you can always go a bit darker - aim for a light brown next time..... Ugh....

I am quite lucky as my hair is quite dark - so I can use the darker chocolate browns.

Maybe after a week - you can put a light temporary colour on it (you know the wash in wash out ones??)

        It will gradually go lighter.....

wish I could be more help

ok buying the feather head dress it is then, anyone know where i'll get a buckskin dress to match????

my hair is quite dark as well, but not this bloody dark, its gone all shiny and nice but black black black, washed it three times in the shower this morning but it hasn't budged.

was thinking about one of those lightner thingys from l'oreal, maybe try a wee tester patch first???

                      1. Dye your other hairy parts to match
                      2. Shave your head and claim it is a "fashion statement"
                      3. Always wear a turban with a jewelled brooch on the front

I think best damage limitation, and kindest to your hair, would be to get a highlighter kit, the type with a hat and hook included, and pull through fine strands all over your head, lighten them, then do a lighter brown colour on them. You can get kits complete with lightener and colourant.
That way it would blend in gently and more naturally without damaging all your hair. xx

thanks guys, some suggestions are great and I will look into them while washing hair three times each morning, others (you know who you are!!!) are not quite so helpful, Cleverclogs can I borrow your turban as I don't have one of my own, but can supply the jewelled brooch courtesy of Primarni
