            I think the important thing to note is that this case was won on a preliminary issue (the assignment not proved) without the DJ feeling the need to rule on all the other legal arguments.

            This demonstrates that a credit agreement which is 'enforceable' does not necessarily mean a claim can't be defeated in court where there are assignment and other legal issues.

                Oh Dear, never mind haha

                It's great when, as you say Di, cases prove there are far more arguments to have than just the agreement. You really would think they would get their houses in order- lets hope that they don't
