We are writing to notify you that Creation Financial Services sold your account to Lowell Portfolio I Ltd on 27th.

The total balance sold was £4968.

Lowell Financial Ltd has been appointed by Lowell Portfolio I Ltd to manage your account.

    What is my next step?

Was that letter from Creation Financial Services or from Lowell ?

It was sent over two months ago, so have you heard anything since?

    • Sorry Di, hard to quote via phone. That letter was from Creation.

I have received others since that lump together other debts that they own.

      Cheers

      • Hi

with respect, your answers are tending to be short and cryptic, and you seem not to be providing detail of all correspondence. If you are to receive meaningful targeted assistance, you really need to provide full ongoing history of the accounts.

        • Sorry, with regards this debt, I thought I was clear and answered question. With the info of previous correspondence regarding the UE?

          Unless I am missing something.

So Creation have sent you a “Goodbye” letter (Notice of Assignment) from them to Lowell. Have you received a “Hello” Letter (NOA) from Lowell Portfolio?

A debt owner should only write to you about one debt in a letter, so have they sent you letters which include other accounts they own?

If so update each of your diary posts with whatever Lowells have said about them individually - requoting your original post is the best way for members to follow the trail.

What is the number of your original post for the Creation debt?
