    Hi all.

I hope that this helps. I am literally starting from scratch, and have a lot to learn.

Your help and advice is extremely appreciated

All of my debts were transferred in July 2010.

I am wondering now , if the time is right to send a follow up letter to all creditors??

Also, I have read about SARS??

    Kind regards

    Saint X

If you have sent a cca request then do not write to remind them. The idea now is to stay as quiet as you can and wait for them to contact you.

        Hi everyone

I have today received two letters from PRA. They state they are the copy documents as requested. Neither have any signatures.

They both ask me to contact the office ( I have learnt my lesson) in order that I can discuss the account, and come to a mutually acceptable agreement.

They are the two lesser debts that they hold on me of £5,629 and £6,928

One of these debts is in the joint names of myself and ex wife. I forgot that we took a joint loan, and took all the debts on after our marriage broke down.

Is my next step to send these to Niddy, or post on here?

        Kind regards

        Saint X

Send them to Niddy with nothing blanked out. Title your email Saint X's agreements, and include a link to this thread in the message.

Just a quick point.......As Susie explained........Once you have sent a CCA request and they have not replied, I would advise you NOT to be sending any reminder letters etc

If you have sent it, Have proof of them receiving it ( Recorded delivery etc) and they have not replied then leave the ball in their court

I appreciate that you have had some more replies back but if any more are outstanding then leave well alone for now

Fingers crossed for a positive outcome with your other replies

                    Thanks spud.

I am awaiting reply from Niddy as to the authentication of the PRA replies this week,

I sent an email to Link after no reply to CCA request ( a mistake) They ignored my email too!

In future I will always ask here first, before sending anything back

                      Hi all,

I have had a reply from Niddy that the two replies from PRA this week are enforceable as they are post 2007.

Disappointing, but it was worth a try.

                      The other three remain outstanding

                      Kind regards

They somehow have the original debtor as Lloyds Bank, but definitely a Halifax card.

Almost certain I took this account pre 2007, but no paperwork to clarify.

Received an unsigned document with a letter claiming debt is currently unenforceable, but further info to come. Nothing to date!

Niddy states it is enforceable, which is disappointing but not entirely unexpected
